Zoom, Teams and Google Meet
An AI notetaker for every call app. Without joining the call.
Most notetakers work by sending a bot into the meeting, and each one supports its own short list of platforms. Lansy Desk takes audio from your computer, so the app you use stops being the question.

Why the platform list stops mattering
A bot has to be integrated. A microphone does not
A bot-based notetaker is built into each platform separately. That is why every such tool publishes a list of the calls it supports, and why the list never quite covers what your team actually uses. Lansy Desk records the audio on your own computer. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, a Slack huddle, a call in the browser, a phone on speaker, a meeting in a room: all of it is sound reaching the microphone.

What you get
What lands after a Zoom or Teams call
Nothing joins the call
No extra participant appears in Zoom, Teams or Meet. Nobody has to approve a recorder, and the other side sees the meeting it expected.
A summary for every participant
Each person gets their own agreements and tasks with an owner and a deadline, instead of one shared recap sent to the organiser.
The same report for every app
A Zoom call and a meeting in a room produce the same report, so the team reads one format rather than three.
Calls nobody integrates with
A conversation in a room, a phone call on speaker, a call in an app no notetaker supports. The microphone does not care which one it is.
Getting started
How it runs
01
Install it next to your call app
Windows, macOS or Linux. The call app itself stays untouched: no plugin inside Zoom, nothing to add in Teams.
02
Start the call as usual
Recording runs on your computer. Nobody new shows up in the participant list, and nothing changes for the other side.
03
Read the report
A couple of minutes after the call every participant has the agreements and their own tasks, with the line of dialogue behind each one.
Where the built-in tools still win
What Lansy Desk does not do
It does not replace a cloud recording kept for compliance. A file stored by your call platform is a different artifact, with its own retention policy and its own access rules.
It does not capture the screen. Slides shown in the call are not in the report; the conversation about them is.
It does not hear a call you are not in. Audio comes from your own computer, so a meeting you skipped produces nothing.
Questions people ask
- Does it work with Zoom?
- Yes, and with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, Slack huddles and any other call. Lansy Desk records audio on your computer instead of joining through a platform integration, so the list of supported apps is not a limit.
- Will a bot appear in my call?
- No. Nothing joins the participant list. The other side sees exactly the meeting it expected, and nobody has to approve a recorder.
- Does an admin have to allow it in Teams?
- No. Lansy Desk is an application on your computer, not an add-in inside the call platform, so nothing has to be approved in the workspace.
- What about meetings in a room?
- They work the same way. The microphone hears the room, and the report looks like the report from a video call.
- Which systems does it run on?
- Windows, macOS and Linux. The free plan gives 90 minutes a week, and no card is needed to start.
