In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and click Add custom connector
Ask your meetings
Connect Lansy Desk to Claude or ChatGPT, and the assistant tells you what was agreed, who promised what, and where pricing came up. Each answer comes with a quote and a link to the meeting.

Connector address — pick the country you chose when signing in to Lansy Desk, then paste it into Claude or ChatGPT
In the meeting on 14 October the client said the budget only opens up in November:
“It’s too expensive for us right now, let’s come back to it in November”
You agreed to start with a pilot at three locations and send a proposal by Friday.

You sign in with your Lansy account. No keys or passwords to paste anywhere.
Name it Lansy and paste the connector address. You don’t need the advanced settings
Sign in to Lansy and click Allow. In a chat, turn the connector on from the + menu
Works on every Claude plan; the free plan allows one custom connector. Once connected on the web, the connector also appears in the Claude desktop and mobile apps. On Claude team accounts, an owner adds the connector first.
In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode
Click Create, name the connector Lansy, paste the address and choose OAuth for authentication
Sign in to Lansy and click Allow. In a chat, pick the connector from the + menu
Developer mode is available on paid ChatGPT plans; in workspaces an admin may need to turn it on. OpenAI renames menu items from time to time — look for the section about apps and connectors.
Add the connector in a terminal:
claude mcp add --transport http lansy https://api.ae.app.lansy.ai/mcp
In Claude Code, type /mcp, pick lansy and choose Authenticate
Sign in to Lansy in the browser window that opens and click Allow
Other assistants that support MCP with OAuth sign-in, such as Cursor or VS Code, connect the same way — use the same address.
One question instead of digging through recordings
What the assistant sees
- Only your meetings — the same ones you see in Lansy Desk. Other people’s private meetings stay out of reach.
- Read only. The assistant can’t change or delete anything, and it has no access to your account settings.
- Guests’ names and contacts are hidden. We replace them with labels before anything goes to the assistant.
- Transcripts follow your access. If your team limits transcripts, the assistant answers from summaries.
- Every connection needs your approval. Before you sign in, we show which service is asking for access.
- Disconnect any time in the Claude or ChatGPT connector settings.
Claude or ChatGPT writes the answer: the parts of meetings you ask about go to the service you connected and are handled under its terms.
What people usually ask
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Connecting is included in Lansy Desk on every plan. You only need a Claude or ChatGPT account.
Does it work for teams?
Yes. Each person connects their own assistant and sees the same meetings as in Lansy Desk. If you belong to several teams, the assistant asks which one to search.
The assistant can’t find a meeting
It sees meetings Lansy Desk has already processed: a new recording shows up once processing is done. Naming a company, person, or topic also helps — search works better with those than with dates.
Which address do I use?
The one for the country you picked when signing in to Lansy Desk: United Arab Emirates — https://api.ae.app.lansy.ai/mcp, Saudi Arabia — https://api.sa.app.lansy.ai/mcp.
It won’t connect
Check that the whole address is pasted and that it matches your country. If that doesn’t help, email info@lansy.ai and we’ll help.
