Lansy AI for hotels

A warm welcome is already there. Lansy AI shows where bookings and upsells are missed.

A hotel speaks in two voices: reception and the phone line. Lansy AI hears both and shows where a guest was offered a service, where a booking was closed, and where the conversation stopped.

Reception and the phone line in one review

Lansy AI reviews how each conversation at reception and on the phone went, and how well. The criteria follow your hotel’s standards.

  • When a guest says “I’ll think about it,” the team has a script. Lansy AI records whether it was used. Giving up at the first doubt is the most expensive pattern in phone sales.

  • Three levels of closing: a specific date, “I’ll call you back,” and a conversation with no agreement. Lansy AI tells them apart and shows which one comes up most often.

Team · May 19 – June 18, 2026

In one month, Lansy AI analyzed 455 calls, 437 of them handled by active reservation agents. The main gap is objection handling: guests voiced doubts more than 220 times, and about 15 of them got the scripted answer. Closing holds up better, yet in 30% of calls the agent did not try to agree on the next contact.

Works with what you already have

Lansy AI runs on your existing infrastructure and adds what your systems do not record: how the conversation itself went.

PMS, CRM, and POS

You keep your PMS, CRM, and POS. Reports arrive in messaging apps, by email, or straight into your dashboard through the API.

Telephony and call recording

The phone line connects to your existing call recording. The telephony stays as it is.

A microphone at reception

A microphone at the reception desk records every conversation. Guest personal data is anonymized before analysis.

Works with what you already have

Guest data is protected before analysis begins

Personal details are masked at the moment of transcription, before any text goes out for analysis. Data stays on infrastructure in the region where you work, the UAE or Saudi Arabia, in an isolated workspace for your company. Both the employee and the guest agree before anything is recorded.

FAQ

What hotels ask first

More answers in the guide, or write to sales@lansy.ai.

What is Lansy AI, and who is it for?

Lansy AI analyzes conversations between employees and guests. It accounts for the specifics of the industry, reviews conversations automatically, and scores service quality. The manager sees problems, strong practices, and how the team is changing.

Can Lansy AI be connected without replacing our current CRM or POS?

Yes. Lansy AI runs on your existing infrastructure, and you keep your PMS, CRM, POS, and telephony. Reports arrive in messaging apps, by email, or straight into your dashboard through the API.

How is Lansy AI different from a mystery guest?

A mystery guest is a single check of a single scenario. Lansy AI analyzes every conversation every day. Instead of a one-off score, each employee gets personal coaching on specific moments of the shift: what worked and what could have been done differently.

What happens to the privacy of guests and employees?

Names, phone numbers, card numbers, and addresses are removed from the data before analysis begins and never reach the reports. Each company has its own closed workspace with restricted access. Data is encrypted with AES-256, and an employee’s personal reports are visible only to them and their manager. There are no rankings within the team.

How long does a pilot take to launch?

From two days. First, the business goals and the scoring criteria are agreed. Then the microphone at reception and the call recording are connected, and the recording quality is checked. The first report is ready by the end of the second day. Connecting every property of a chain is agreed separately, and Lansy AI then builds employee profiles and tracks results after training.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Lansy AI transcribes and reviews conversations in Arabic, English, or a mix of both, including conversations that switch languages midway.

Do employees have to agree to recording?

Yes. Both the employee and the guest agree before anything is recorded. Either can withdraw at any time, and their data is deleted, unless the law requires keeping it longer.

What does the employee see?

By default, only their own conversations and reviews. The manager sees their team. Lansy AI publishes no rankings and shares no individual scores with the rest of the team.
