Lansy AI for beauty salons

When a guest does not come back, Lansy AI shows what went wrong

Lansy AI reviews every conversation at reception automatically. The manager sees why a guest did not book again and which moment at checkout was missed.

Every conversation at reception, from the first call to checkout

Lansy AI listens to conversations at the reception desk and reviews each one: the call and the booking, checkout and feedback, and the offer to book the next visit.

Reception

From the first call to checkout at the desk

  • Whether the receptionist offered a convenient time on the first call and what she promised at booking. Lansy AI records whether the visit matched what the guest expected.

  • In 3 of 4 cases, the guest leaves after the treatment and nobody asks how it went. Lansy AI records whether that question was asked.

  • The receptionist offers to book the next visit first, before the guest leaves. Lansy AI records when that moment is missed.

Manager

The whole salon at a glance

  • The manager asks a question in plain language and gets an answer from real shift data. This week’s answer: feedback and the next booking are missed most often, and both happen in the same 30 seconds at checkout.

Works with what you already have

Lansy AI adds what the POS and the CRM do not record: how the conversation at reception went.

POS, CRM, and your systems

Lansy AI runs alongside your POS and CRM and does not replace them. Reviews arrive in the dashboard, by email, or into your own systems through the API.

Telephony and audio feeds

If the salon already records calls or has an audio feed, Lansy AI connects to it.

A microphone at the reception desk

A compact clip-on microphone sits at the reception desk or the payment terminal. No cameras are needed.

Guest data is protected before analysis begins

Personal details are masked at the moment of transcription, before any text goes out for analysis. Data stays on infrastructure in the region where you work, the UAE or Saudi Arabia, in an isolated workspace for your company. Both the employee and the guest agree before anything is recorded.

FAQ

What beauty salons ask first

More answers in the guide, or write to sales@lansy.ai.

What is Lansy AI, and who is it for?

Lansy AI analyzes conversations between employees and guests. It takes the specifics of the industry into account, reviews conversations automatically, and scores service quality. The manager sees problems, strong practices, and how the team is changing.

How is this different from a mystery shopper?

A mystery shopper is a single check against one scenario. Lansy AI reviews all conversations every day. Instead of a one-off score, the employee gets personal coaching on specific moments of the shift: what worked and what could have been done differently.

What about the privacy of guests and staff?

Names, phone numbers, card numbers, and addresses are removed before analysis begins and never reach the reports. Each company has its own closed workspace with restricted access. Data is encrypted with AES-256, and an employee’s personal reports are visible only to them and their manager. There are no rankings inside the team.

How long does a pilot take to launch?

From two days. First we discuss the salon’s goals and set up the scoring criteria. Then we connect the reception desk and check the recording quality. The first report is ready by the end of the second day of the pilot.

Where should the microphone go?

A clip-on microphone attaches in the service area: on the payment terminal, the till, or the reception desk, right between the employee and the guest, with nothing blocking the sound.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Lansy AI transcribes and reviews conversations in Arabic, English, or a mix of both, including conversations that switch languages midway.

Do employees have to agree to recording?

Yes. Both the employee and the guest agree before anything is recorded. Either can withdraw at any time, and their data is deleted, unless the law requires keeping it longer.

What does the employee see?

By default, only their own conversations and reviews. The manager sees their team. Lansy AI publishes no rankings and shares no individual scores with the rest of the team.
