Lansy AI for pharmacies

Lansy AI reviews every consultation at the counter against your standard

Each pharmacist gets an AI mentor with a review of every consultation. The manager sees the quality of the team’s work and where add-on recommendations are missed.

Each consultation goes from recording to review to data

Lansy AI works where the pharmacist talks to the customer. It reviews each consultation: symptom discovery, product choice, add-on recommendations, usage instructions, and prescription dispensing.

Add-ons

A relevant recommendation is part of the consultation

  • A probiotic with an antibiotic protects the customer’s stomach. When the recommendation is missing, Lansy AI notices.

    LPharmacy chain›Add-ons

No add-on was offered with the antibiotic. A probiotic would have fit this case, and the pharmacist did not mention it.

“All right, here’s your medicine. Anything else?”

    Better approach

Offer a probiotic with the antibiotic and say what it protects.

  • Lansy AI shows how often each pharmacist recommends an add-on and how that share changes.

  • The manager asks the assistant in plain language and gets an answer from real data: how add-ons are going, how branches compare, which conversations to use for training, and at which stage of the consultation add-ons are missed most often.

Works with what you already have

Lansy AI reads conversations from the sources you already use and adds what your POS and pharmacy software do not record: how the consultation itself went.

POS, pharmacy software, and telephony

Lansy AI runs alongside your POS, pharmacy software, and telephony and does not replace any of them. Reviews arrive in the dashboard, by email, or into your own systems through the API.

Call recording

Phone lines connect to your existing call recording.

A microphone at the counter

A compact microphone at the counter is set up in about an hour. No cameras or video are involved.

Customer data is protected before analysis begins

Personal details are masked at the moment of transcription, before any text goes out for analysis. Data stays on infrastructure in the region where you work, the UAE or Saudi Arabia, in an isolated workspace for your company. Both the employee and the customer agree before anything is recorded.

FAQ

What pharmacies ask first

More answers in the guide, or write to sales@lansy.ai.

What is Lansy AI, and who is it for?

Lansy AI is an AI product that analyzes conversations between employees and customers. It accounts for the specifics of each industry, reviews conversations automatically, and scores service quality. The manager sees problems, strong practices, and how the team is developing.

What happens to customer and employee privacy?

Names, phone numbers, card numbers, and addresses are removed from the data before analysis begins and never appear in reports. Each company has its own closed workspace with restricted access. Data is encrypted with AES-256, and an employee’s personal reports are visible only to them and their manager. There are no rankings inside the team.

What happens if the internet goes down at a location?

The microphone keeps recording locally, and the data goes to the cloud as soon as the connection is back. Nothing is lost, and the gaps in connection are marked in the report.

How long does a pilot take to launch?

From two days. First the business goals are discussed and the scoring criteria set up. Then the locations are connected and the recording quality is checked. The first demo report is ready by the end of the second day of the pilot.

Where should the microphone go?

The clip-on microphone attaches in the service area: on the payment terminal, the register, or the counter, right between the employee and the customer, with nothing blocking the sound.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Lansy AI transcribes and reviews conversations in Arabic, English, or a mix of both, including conversations that switch languages midway.

Do employees have to agree to recording?

Yes. Both the employee and the customer agree before anything is recorded. Either can withdraw at any time, and their data is deleted, unless the law requires keeping it longer.

What does the employee see?

By default, only their own conversations and reviews. The manager sees their team. Lansy AI publishes no rankings and shares no individual scores with the rest of the team.
