On the line
Hear the script from the first sentence
Did the agent name the brand and their own name, ask for the customer’s name, and use it? In a hotel, did they recognize a returning guest; in delivery, did they say the brand greeting? The first 15 seconds set the tone for the whole call.

Each role sees its own report
The same reviews open differently for each person: the agent sees each of their calls, the team lead sees each agent’s progress, and the head of service sees the whole contact center.

Works with what you already have
Lansy AI reads calls from the recordings you already keep and adds what your telephony and CRM do not record: how the conversation itself went.
Telephony and call recording
If your telephony already records calls, Lansy AI connects to that recording. Nothing changes in the agents’ work.
CRM
If the call audio comes through your CRM, Lansy AI connects to that stream. The CRM stays as it is.
Microphones for in-person service
Where there is no recording, compact microphones are set up at the counter in an hour. No cameras or video are needed.

Customer data is protected before analysis begins
Personal details are masked at the moment of transcription, before any text goes out for analysis. Data stays on infrastructure in the region where you work, the UAE or Saudi Arabia, in an isolated workspace for your company. Both the employee and the customer agree before anything is recorded.

What is Lansy AI, and who is it for?
Lansy AI analyzes conversations between employees and customers. It accounts for the specifics of your industry, reviews conversations automatically, scores the quality of service, and helps the manager see problems, strong practices, and how the team is changing.
How does Lansy AI collect data? Is special equipment needed?
If you already record calls or have an audio stream from your CRM, Lansy AI connects to it. If not, compact microphones are set up at your location in an hour. No cameras or video are needed.
What about the privacy of customers and employees?
Names, phone numbers, card numbers, and addresses are removed from the data before analysis begins and never reach the reports. Each company has its own closed workspace with restricted access. Data is encrypted with AES-256, and employees’ personal reports are visible only to them and their manager. There are no rankings inside the team.
What can Lansy AI analyze: only the words, or the tone too?
Both. Lansy AI analyzes what was said and individual signals in how people speak: pauses, intonation, interruptions, and changes of tone. For example, it can notice that a customer started answering noticeably colder, even when the order and the speed of service look normal.
How long does a pilot take to launch?
From two days. First the business goals are discussed and the scoring criteria are set up. Then the lines are connected and the recording quality is checked. The first report is ready by the end of the second day of the pilot.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Lansy AI transcribes and reviews conversations in Arabic, English, or a mix of both, including conversations that switch languages midway.
Do employees have to agree to recording?
Yes. Both the employee and the customer agree before anything is recorded. Either can withdraw at any time, and their data is deleted, unless the law requires keeping it longer.
What does the employee see?
By default, only their own conversations and reviews. The manager sees their team. Lansy AI publishes no rankings and shares no individual scores with the rest of the team.
