Lansy AI for clothing retail

Lansy AI shows why a customer on the sales floor buys or leaves

Each salesperson gets a review of their conversations with quotes and tips, and the store manager sees the trend across stores.

Recording, review, and data from every store

A compact microphone records the conversations on the floor, Lansy AI reviews each one against your standard, and by the end of the day the salesperson and the store manager have their reports. The first report arrives two days after launch.

Choice

Help the customer make a choice

  • Who the purchase is for, what the occasion and the budget are, and what it goes with in the customer’s wardrobe. Without these questions the customer will not listen to a recommendation.

  • Instead of “this one costs more, that one less”: “linen breathes in the heat,” “this cut works for an evening event,” “this fabric doesn’t crease in a suitcase.” Details overcome doubts and increase basket size.

  • “I need to think about it,” “I saw it cheaper online,” “I’m not sure about the size.” Lansy AI records each of these and notes whether the salesperson changed the customer’s mind, offered a fitting, and mentioned the return policy.

  • Offer to collect points, mention the cardholder discount, and remind the customer about promotions. A loyalty program works only when someone talks about it.

  • Returns are routine. A return handled with irritation means a lost customer. Lansy AI records how the salesperson behaves while processing a return.

Each role sees its own report

The same reviews open differently for each person: the salesperson sees each of their conversations, the store manager sees every salesperson week by week, and the owner sees all stores on one dashboard.

Customer data is protected before analysis begins

Personal details are masked at the moment of transcription, before any text goes out for analysis. Data stays on infrastructure in the region where you work, the UAE or Saudi Arabia, in an isolated workspace for your company. Both the employee and the customer agree before anything is recorded.

FAQ

What retailers ask first

More answers in the guide, or write to sales@lansy.ai.

What is Lansy AI, and who is it for?

Lansy AI is an AI product that analyzes conversations between employees and customers. It takes the specifics of the industry into account, reviews conversations automatically, scores service quality, and helps the manager see problems, strong practices, and how the team is changing.

How does Lansy AI collect data? Do we need special equipment?

If you already record calls or have an audio feed from the CRM, Lansy AI connects to it. If not, compact microphones are installed at the store in an hour. No cameras or video are needed.

Can Lansy AI be connected without replacing our CRM or POS?

Yes. Lansy AI runs on your existing infrastructure and does not require replacing the CRM, POS, or telephony. Reports can arrive in messaging apps, by email, or straight into your dashboard through the API.

How is Lansy AI different from a mystery shopper?

A mystery shopper is a single check against a single scenario. Lansy AI analyzes every conversation every day. Instead of a one-off score, the employee gets personal coaching on specific moments of the shift: what worked and what could have been done differently.

How long does a pilot take to launch?

From two days. First we discuss the business goals and set up the scoring criteria. Then we connect the stores and check the recording quality. The first report is ready by the end of the second day of the pilot.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Lansy AI transcribes and reviews conversations in Arabic, English, or a mix of both, including conversations that switch languages midway.

Do employees have to agree to recording?

Yes. Both the employee and the customer agree before anything is recorded. Either can withdraw at any time, and their data is deleted, unless the law requires keeping it longer.

What does the employee see?

By default, only their own conversations and reviews. The manager sees their team. Lansy AI publishes no rankings and shares no individual scores with the rest of the team.
