Comparison

Rilla rides along on the sales call. Lansy AI stays at the counter.

Rilla is built for reps who drive to an appointment, record it on their phone, and get coached on the drive back. Lansy AI is built for the counter, the floor, and the reception desk, where the shift is recorded as a whole.

Two different days

An appointment is one conversation. A shift is hundreds.

A field rep has four to eight appointments a day, each long enough to record and review on its own. A sales assistant or a receptionist has hundreds of short conversations across a store, often under two minutes, with no gap to open an app. The recording method has to match the day.

What each product sees

A ridealong watches one rep. A shift review watches the standard.

A sales rep in a short-sleeved shirt reviews a recording on his phone in a parked car

Rilla shows

  • A transcript and feedback for each recorded appointment, so the manager does not have to listen to the whole call.
  • How a rep handled the pitch, the price, and the close on that visit.
  • What top performers do differently, learned from their recordings.

Lansy AI shows

  • Each employee’s own review after every conversation: what worked, what to try next, and the quote it is based on.
  • Whether the service standard holds across every shift, by employee and by location.
  • Where offers are missed and what customers keep asking for, counted across the whole chain.

The real difference

The counter has no pause button

A field rep can open an app before walking in and close it after. The appointment is the unit of work. Coaching on the drive back makes sense because the next appointment is an hour away.

At a counter the next customer is thirty seconds away, and nobody will open an app hundreds of times a shift. Lansy AI records the whole shift, from a counter hub or a wearable microphone started once, reviews each conversation as it ends, and shows the employee a short note about a minute after the conversation. The next customer gets the better version.

Data and consent

A US product carries US assumptions

Rilla’s services are hosted and operated in the United States, and its consent guidance is written for US states. Obtaining consent is the customer’s responsibility. That works for a US home-services company.

In the UAE, recording a person without consent carries a fine of up to AED 500,000 and imprisonment. Lansy AI records only after both the employee and the customer agree, removes personal data before analysis, and stores recordings, transcripts, and analytics in the UAE in line with the UAE Data Protection Law (Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). For enterprise clients it is also available on-premise.

When Rilla is the better fit

Field sales teams with scheduled appointments

If your revenue comes from reps who drive to the customer, run a long appointment, and close on the spot, Rilla’s ridealong model matches that day, and its customer stories come from exactly those industries. Lansy AI is the choice when the conversation happens where the customer walks in, in Arabic and English, and where the data has to stay in the Gulf.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

For in-store and front-desk teams, yes. Rilla coaches field sales reps on recorded appointments. Lansy AI records the counter and the floor from a hub or a wearable microphone, reviews every conversation, and shows the employee the review about a minute after the conversation.
