Lansy Cookie Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

1. About this Policy

1.1 This Cookie Policy explains how COLLABO TECH LTD ("Lansy" or the "Company") uses cookies and similar technologies on lansy.ai, on the Lansy platform at app.lansy.ai and in the Lansy Desk web, desktop and iOS applications (together, the "Services"). It supplements the Lansy Privacy Policy at https://lansy.ai/privacy_policy and the Lansy Desk Privacy Policy at https://lansy.ai/desk/privacy.

1.2 We apply the same approach wherever you are. How the cookie banner works and what your choice changes is described in section 6.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

2.1 Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage in your browser and pixels (small pieces of code that send information to a provider when a page loads). In this Policy, "cookies" covers all of them.

2.2 Some cookies are set by us ("first-party cookies") and some by other companies whose services we use ("third-party cookies"). Some are deleted when you close your browser ("session cookies") and others remain until they expire or you delete them ("persistent cookies").

3. How we use cookies

3.1 Strictly necessary. These cookies make the Services work and keep them secure: they keep you signed in, protect your session, process payments and remember your cookie choices. They are set whatever you choose in the cookie banner, but you can block them in your browser, in which case parts of the Services may not work.

3.2 Analytics. These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are visited and how people arrive at them, so that we can improve it. We use Google Analytics on lansy.ai only, with the visitor's IP address anonymised.

3.3 Marketing. These cookies and pixels help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The provider may combine the data with other information it holds and use it for its own purposes, as described in its own privacy policy. Third-party advertising pixels run on lansy.ai only.

3.4 The Lansy platform at app.lansy.ai and the Lansy Desk applications do not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. app.lansy.ai sets the cookies locale and country and, if you clicked "Okay" in the cookie banner, artefact_dl (section 4). When you sign up for Lansy Desk, app.lansy.ai reads the artefact_attribution cookie and the Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc set on lansy.ai, and our server reports the sign-up to Meta, as described in the Lansy Desk Privacy Policy at https://lansy.ai/desk/privacy. We do not use cookies to collect the content of conversations or recordings.

4. Cookies we use

The names and lifetimes of third-party cookies are set by their providers and may change. The table shows the cookies used at the date of this Policy.

5. Mobile and desktop applications

5.1 Our applications store on your device only what they need to work, such as your sign-in token, settings and recordings waiting to be uploaded. They do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and do not access your device's advertising identifier. If you have allowed it in your device settings, Apple may share crash reports with us.

6. Your choices

6.1 When you first visit lansy.ai, a banner offers two buttons, "Okay" and "Decline". The LinkedIn Insight Tag loads only after you click "Okay". If you click "Decline", Google Analytics and Google Ads stop sending data, the advertising pixels are switched off and are not loaded on later visits, lansy_click is no longer set and artefact_dl is deleted; artefact_attribution and desk_eid are still set. Cookies already in your browser stay there until they expire or you delete them. To change your choice, delete cookies and site data for lansy.ai in your browser, and the banner will appear again. Withdrawal does not affect use before it.

6.2 You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage advertising preferences in your Meta account settings.

7. Transfers

7.1 Google and Meta may process data collected through their cookies in the United States and other countries outside the United Arab Emirates.

8. Changes to this Policy

8.1 We update this Policy when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Where a change requires your consent, we ask for it again through the cookie banner.
