Connect Lansy Desk to Claude or ChatGPT

Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your Lansy Desk meetings: what was agreed, who promised what, and where pricing came up. The assistant finds the meeting and answers with a quote and a link to it. Connecting is included in Lansy Desk on every plan.

What you need

  • A Lansy Desk account.
  • Claude on any plan (the free plan allows one custom connector) or ChatGPT on a paid plan.
  • The connector address for the country you chose when signing in to Lansy Desk: United Arab Emirates — , Saudi Arabia — .

Connect

  1. 1In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and click Add custom connector.
  2. 2Name the connector Lansy and paste your address. You don’t need the advanced settings.
  3. 3The Lansy sign-in page opens: sign in and click Allow.
  4. 4In a chat, turn the connector on from the + menu.

Once connected on the web, the connector also appears in the Claude desktop and mobile apps. On Claude team accounts, an owner adds the connector first.

What to ask

  • “What did we agree with clients this week?”
  • “Which clients said we’re too expensive?”
  • “Brief me before my call with a client: what did we discuss before?”
  • “List the tasks I promised in meetings this week”

What the assistant sees

  • Only your meetings, the same ones you see in Lansy Desk. Other people’s private meetings stay out of reach.
  • Read only: the assistant can’t change or delete anything and has no access to your account settings.
  • Guests’ names and contacts are hidden: we replace them with labels before anything goes to the assistant.
  • Transcripts follow your access: if your team limits transcripts, the assistant answers from summaries.
  • Claude or ChatGPT writes the answer: the parts of meetings you ask about go to the service you connected and are handled under its terms.

If something doesn’t work

  • The assistant can’t find a meeting. It sees meetings Lansy Desk has already processed; a new recording shows up once processing is done. Name a company, person, or topic: search works better with those than with dates.
  • It won’t connect. Check that the whole address is pasted and matches your country. If that doesn’t help, email info@lansy.ai.
  • How to disconnect. Any time, in the Claude or ChatGPT connector settings.
